Nuflos Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Promise (First Bottle Only)
At Nuflos, your satisfaction matters most. If you don’t notice results within 30 days of delivery, just reach out to us at help@nuflos.com and we’ll refund the cost of your first bottle — no return required.
Important notes:

Applies only to your first purchase of Nuflos Drops (per household).

Refund covers one bottle only. For multi-bottle orders, unopened extras may qualify for return (see below).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unopened Returns (Multi-Bottle Orders)
If you purchased 2 or more bottles and would like to return unopened extras, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to send the sealed items back. We’ll refund the product price, minus a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours if they haven’t shipped yet.

Before cancelling, we may offer a courtesy discount if you’d like to keep your order.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at help@nuflos.com We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, we’ll either reship it free of charge or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Exchanges
For safety reasons, we don’t offer product exchanges. If you received the wrong item, we’ll replace it for free.
How to Start a Return or Refund Request
Email us at help@nuflos.com with your order number and reason for the request. We’ll guide you through the next steps. Please note that unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Policy Updates
Nuflos may update or amend this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published on our website.
