Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

⚠️ Important Returns Rule: We are unable to process refunds for orders marked as "Return to Sender" or items sent back outside of our official return authorization process. To ensure your return is handled correctly, you must follow our designated returns process outlined in our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Limitation of Damages: In no case shall RZFT SOLUTIONS LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service.

C. International Consumer Protection Override:

🌍 Consumer Protection Clause (UK, AU, CA, NZ): Some jurisdictions (such as the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and various Canadian provinces) do not allow the absolute exclusion or limitation of certain statutory warranties, conditions, or liabilities. Section 13 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RZFT SOLUTIONS LLC and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Section 14 - Severability and Termination

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

Section 15 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions in Section 16, any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Wyoming, USA, though we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence.

Section 16 - Dispute Resolution (Mandatory Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver for US Residents)

If you are a resident of the United States, please read this section carefully, as it affects your rights.

• Initial Informal Resolution: Before filing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@nuflos.com. We will try to resolve the dispute via email within 30 days of receipt.

• Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and RZFT SOLUTIONS LLC agree to resolve any claims through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

• Waiver of Class Actions: You and RZFT SOLUTIONS LLC agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive the right to file or participate in a class action lawsuit in court.
